Gigabyte Unveils AORUS GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
Ashley Allen / 7 years ago
Gigabyte is releasing another new GeForce GTX 1070 Ti variation which combines moderate overclocking with triple-fan cooling. The packaging for the Gigabyte AORUS GeForce GTX 1070 Ti boasts “Ready to OC 88 MHz+”; however, NVIDIA prevents its AIB partners from factory overclocking the GTX 1070 Ti. Instead, Gigabyte uses its AORUS engine to allow users to overclock at the touch of a button. In fact, AORUS overclocking can push Gigabyte’s new 1070 Ti to a guaranteed boost clock of 1771 MHz. Not remarkable, by any means, but still 50 MHz faster than Gigabyte’s twin-fanned GTX 1070 Ti 8G. In addition, the AORUS GTX 1070 Ti boasts 8GB DDR5 memory, WindForce 3X cooling, and RGB Fusion LED lighting.
