Bundle
As always, Gigabyte throw in lots of goodies to get you going. To appeal to the global market, plenty of guides are included featuring various different languages. The usual warning flyer is also included which shows that socket 1156 processors are not suitable for this board, though the coolers for that socket will fit, just to clear up any confusion. A driver installation DVD is also included, but as always we recommend you to get the latest from the Gigabyte website.
Two case badge stickers are bundled with the motherboard, a bland looking IOI/O panel, SLI bridge, four SATA cables and a USB 3.0 expansion bracket to enable USB 3.0 functionality if the front of your case doesn’t already include it.
The USB 3.0 bracket features a brushed metal style and also comes with the relevant mounting screws. The connector is a native USB 3.0 header which you will see that this board features later on in the review.
