Gigabyte Z790 Aero G Motherboard Review

The other key areas that are worth focussing on though comes down to VRM temperatures, which can differ wildly depending on the amount, the capacity of the current that can pass through them, and of course how the various heatsinks handle that power, which in turn, creates heat.

VRM Temperatures

The larger VRM heatsinks do a pretty decent job, it’s still the warmest of the three Gigabyte boards we’ve tested, but with a peak of 61.3c after an hour of stress testing, there’s certainly nothing to be concerned about here.
