It is reported that the GK104 chip, that the GTX 680 and GTX 670Ti cards will be based off, is a similar size to that of the 55nm G92b chip which is the one used in the 9800GTX, GTS 240 and GTS 250 cards.
The latest pictures of the chip have now put estimates of its size at around 300mm squared which is a similar size to that of the 55nm G92b chips (which measure in at about 270mm squared), except Kepler will pack significantly more graphics processing power in that same space.
