Glorious Series One PRO Wireless Lightweight Gaming Mouse Review

How Much Does it Cost?

Well, it’s not cheap, that’s for sure, and at £99.95 I suspect the price will put many off of a potential purchase. However, it’s worth the asking price, as Glorious once again deliver flawless build quality, features and class-leading performance that can go up against any of the best from any other brand with ease. The price puts it along side the SteelSeries Aerox 5, or the Logitech G502, and the DeathAdder V2 Pro, all of which are much heavier though, there’s nothing else really quite as light with this level of performance.

Overview

Overall, I really can’t fault this mouse. I still prefer my slightly larger and slightly heavier Model D-, but I use that in the office at home for work and for gaming, and it’s great for that. The Pro feels more like a track day version of my mouse. They’re trimmed everything down to just the raw performance and if all you’re doing is playing competitively, this is the version to get.

I like a slightly bigger mouse, so the Model D- is definately the one for me. However, in almost every measurable way the Glorious Series One PRO Wireless is a better performing mouse. It’s much lighter, it’s slimmer and more nimble, it’s better ballanced, easier to grip, and it has longer battery life than the Model D-.

The designs are stunning too, the two-tone grey with the red highlights is a great thing to look at. Plus, I love to see a product let its design look unique and interesting, rather than just relying on RGB lights to provide all the style. The Genos, Centuri, and Vidar all look awesome, and it shouldn’t be too hard to pick one that best suits your style.

When it comes to gaming performance, this mouse is god teir, and it doesn’t matter if you’re just an enthusiastic at-home gamer playing with your mates on Minecraft or an eSports pro, this mouse is perfect for the job. A nice click response, fast and accurate sensor and one of the most nimble and lightweight designs on the market. It’s not cheap, but you certainly get a very serious and focused gaming mouse for your investment.
