Ten years ago the original God of War launched, which only goes and makes me feel that little bit older! So what better way to celebrate the release, than with a new HD remaster of the 3rd game in the iconic series. Well, other than a new game in the series.
The game is porting over nicely, but while I must admit that the original God of War III game is still a fantastic looking game that doesn’t really need a remaster, I guess this re-release of sorts is more aimed at those who missed it on the last generation, bringing the game to a new audience. It’ll also make a nice warm up for whatever the studio has planned for the series in the hopefully not too distant future.
