Govee Introduces Colour-Matching Gaming Light Strip For PCs

Govee, a popular brand known for its smart lighting and smart home products has today announced its first-ever PC colour-matching light strip, the Gaming Light Strip G1.

Govee Gaming Light Strip G1

The Gaming Light Strip G1 has been created for gamers who crave full immersion in their gameplay. It utilizes Govee’s proprietary PC colour-matching VibraMatch technology to capture and mirror on-screen colour transitions for a vibrant and interactive gaming experience. VibraMatch technology uses a combination of precise pixel reading, detailed analysis and optimized 50 FPS processing with a unique ten-area screen division technology for accurate colour capture.

The lightstrip offers 360° four-sided colour matching which guarantees comprehensive and complete capture of on-screen colour changes. It also features high-density LED beads with 60 beads per metre offering greater brightness and evenly distributed light outputs and over 100 preset modes for varying lighting scenes. Users with Google Home, Amazon Alexa or Razer Chroma are able to control the strips through these devices and apps. The strips are compatible with monitors ranging from 24-34 inches in size though does not mention whether that takes into account ultrawide displays.

Features

  • Govee VibraMatch Technology: High scene-changing speed and vibrant colours.
  • Colour-Matching via Software: Syncs screen colours along the strip lights.
  • Enhanced RGBIC Lighting: RGBIC gaming lights with smoother light distribution.
  • Non-Divisive Atmosphere: Achieve intelligent synchronization with 10 Govee lights.
  • Personalization via App: 123 scene modes and 4 music modes.
  • 360° Color Matching: Fits all four sides of the screen.
  • Easy Assembly & Use: Suitable for 24-26 inch curved screens.

Price and Availability

The Govee Gaming Light Strip G1 is available from Govee.com or Amazon with the 24-26 Inches model retailing at $59.99 and the 27-34 Inches model at $69.99 from July 10th.
