GTA San Andreas Fan Concept Makes Rockstars Efforts Look Like S***

The sheer level of talent that the fan community has these days is unbelievable. Of course, not all these fans are exactly amateurs, and many are serious developers doing stuff in their spare time too. Not only that, but modern development tools are making it easier than ever for people to create truly stunning worlds with less technical knowledge required than ever before.
GTA San Andreas
TeaserPlay shared their latest video, which showcases what they think a remake of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas could really look like with… ya know, effort. Grand Theft Auto San Andreas recently got a “remaster” that was little more than the game being pushed through some upscaling thingy then pushed to market… it’s OK, but it’s not exactly as good as it could have been, far from it actually. Unreal Engine 5 is a potent development tool, and as you’ll see in the video below, Grove Street has never looked so lit. Furthermore, CJ is on point too, thanks to a special 3D model of CJ created by Hossein Diba.
You really need to watch the video below, and while it’s only a small environment and not the wider game, its systems or anything like that, it does really show us what’s possible.
If Rockstar did this, it’d be a hit, no doubt about it, but hey, GTA 6 is on the horizon, but will it look as good as this? We’ll have to wait and see.
