GTA V Looks Better Than Ever with NaturalVision Remastered

NaturalVision for GTA V gets an overhaul

You know a game is great when it’s still receiving attention from the modding community more than two years after its original release. GTA V came out for Microsoft Windows in April 2015, and the mods kept flowing in ever since. There are plenty to choose from too, and while some mods alter the game’s gameplay by transforming main characters into superheroes, others focus more on the graphics. NaturalVision was arguably one of the best visual mods for Grand Theft Auto V. Now, the project has received a complete overhaul in the form of NaturalVision Remastered. So what does the new version have to offer?

Incredible photorealism

The mod’s creator wanted to make the game’s world look as similar as possible to real-life Southern California. In order to do so, the author viewed more than 40 hours of video footage and hundreds of photos. The work paid off, it seems, as the mod looks quite breathtaking even by today’s standards. Inspiration was also drawn from titles such as Forza Horizon 3,  GTAIV, and Watch_Dogs. Performance-wise, NaturalVision Remastered does not rely on ReShade, which is great news for gamers.

The mod comes with quite a few add-ons, including a texture color overhaul pack and some lighting tweaks. An optional ENB and ReShade package is also available, but keep in mind that you will need VisualV in order to make this mod work. You can download VisualV right here, and don’t forget to set the GTA V display brightness to 50% for the best experience!

You should expect similar performance to vanilla GTA V while using NaturalVision Remastered. If you’re looking to try out the mod, make sure to let us know what you think about it. Below you will find a video that shows off exactly what this mod can do.
