GTA V Rockstar Editor Migrating Platforms

The massive GTA V has made huge waves when it hit the PC; firstly over poor installations, then hilarious mods and most recent being how Rockstar is dealing with multiplayer modders. Well, now it seems that the ‘PC exclusive’ feature of Rockstar Editor will be gracing next generation consoles by Summer.
In a Q&A session on the Rockstar Games website, the developers confirmed modified versions of the editing tool will be moving onto the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One by as soon as June.
“”The Rockstar Editor is an advanced tool requiring additional processing power so it would not be compatible with GTA V on the older systems,” Rockstar wrote, “but we are currently working on a version tailored for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles—and we hope to release that sometime this summer, or as soon as it is ready. We are also planning to bring The Lab radio station to all four consoles in a forthcoming title update. Please stay tuned for more information.”
If you are unsure what Rockstar Editor is, it allows users to take videos clips of gameplay and stitch them together; some of the results can be amazing, some not so much. Here are a few video clips to show you what can be made with a little thought.
Before watching the videos, please be aware that due to the nature of the game, there may be a presence of strong language.
Will you be looking forward to the introduction of the Editor to consoles? Let us know in the comments.
