The GTX 780 launch is imminent and it should be launching today (May 23rd) if all the speculation finally was correct. Yet “how much will it cost?” is a question a lot of people have been asking. Well if one online retailers pricing is to be believed then it will cost around $650 in the USA.
Online distributor “SYNNEX” has a price of $644.44 USD. This is the price big retailers like Newegg, TigerDirect and NCIX have to pay. This means once their margin is added on we will be seeing a price anywhere between $650 and $700.
The graphics card in question was an Nvidia GTX 780 reference design branded by EVGA. Another online retailer (i.e. not a distributor) “ShopBLT.com” also shows a Zotac GTX 780 costing $647.32.
While we won’t know anything until Nvidia announces official details, we can surely expect a price between $650-700 for the GTX 780.
The product page also confirmed key specifications such a CUDA core count of 2,304, 3 GB of memory and GPU Boost 2.0 technology.
