Gyration Air Mouse Voice Review

Introduction

We see all kinds of weird and wonderful peripherals here at eTeknix, and today is no different, as we take a look at the Gyration Air Mouse Voice. With the Air Mouse Voice you can take control of your desktop as you would with any other mouse, but it goes way beyond that in terms of features. Pick it up, and you can use it are a gesture mouse, allowing you to use it without a desktop surface or mouse mat. If that’s not what you want, you can even talk to the mouse, triggering voice commands to deploy shortcuts and launchers, giving you incredible flexibility in the office, presentations, the boardroom, and so much more.

“Enabling voice-driven screen tools and handheld control of applications, the new Gyration® Air Mouse Voice is a productive upgrade to today’s corporate meeting rooms. On the conference room table, it’s a highly accurate laser mouse. Pick it up, however, and, with the press of a button, Voice transforms into a gesture-controlled Air Mouse® for presentations: supported by voice control of computer tools and screen effects.” – Gyration

Equipped with Bluetooth LE 4.0 connectivity, it’ll pair up with your mobile device or notebook with ease, making it very convenient for those who travel for work and need a mouse that can be used on the train, as much as it can when deploying your next power point presentation in an auditorium, especially so since it offers a range of 70ft/21m, so you’re free to wander around the stage while working.
