H3H3 Character Pack DLC for Payday 2 Now Available

Starbreeze Studios’ PAYDAY 2 has been out for a while as it originally came out in 2013. They have since then released several DLCs adding more than 150 weapons, 15 characters, 250 masks and 50 heists. The studio has also collected all of those into a single Ultimate Edition release. However, they are adding one more that is new and separate from the rest. This time it is extra special since it is the H3H3 character pack featuring the popular YouTube comedic couple Ethan and Hila Klein. With over 5 million subscribers and counting, H3H3 is one of the largest and most influential comedy channels on YouTube.

Perfect for H3H3 Fans

The game is made with Hila and Ethan’s blessing of course (PAPA BLESS!). In fact, they did actual voice over dialogue for the game. The character models are also scarily accurate, truly capturing not only their facial likeness but Ethan’s “fupaness” as well. However, they did take some slight liberties in portraying their characters. After all, it is not like the couple actually could rob a bank in real life. Maybe Hila can since she has that Israeli military training. The DLC is full of other inside references as well, including the signature “modern art” beanie. This is worn on top of their clown masks.

This DLC is introducing a new perk deck called Tag Team. Tag Team is about working together as you can “tag” another player. By tagging another player you’ll be able to – among other things – regain health or reduce your cooldown timer. It will also include a new ranged weapon called the Airbow. Bows are mean and high velocity projectiles are deadly. Combine the two and you’ll get the Airbow. A powerful, silent, semi-automatic weapon that’ll take out anything you aim at with lethal precision. Players can choose between an explosive arrow or a poison arrow which inflicts additional damage to victims over time. While the Airbow is great as a ranged weapon, the DLC also adds the great two-handed ruler as a melee weapon.
