Everyone from 343’s general manager and senior software engineer to its environment artist and motion capture supervisor talk about why they decided to join the developer.

Halo 4 is due for release later this years for the Xbox 360 and is 343i first full Halo title and the first main line sequel in the franchise since 2007.
