Halo 5: Forge Custom Game Browser Coming After Launch

We’re extremely excited to play around with Halo 5: Forge PC when it launches on September 8th, but it seems the one thing we’re the most excited about won’t be ready at launch.
343 Industries franchise development director for Halo, Frank O’Connor, has said that while Halo 5: Forge is about to launch on the PC, it won’t have the custom game browser available at launch, but via an update sometime after.
“Dude I’m getting good at Mouse/Keyboard. I may get a gaming rig for my house. Once the custom game browser is available I think the community might get crazy legit.” wrote Frank O’Connor on NeoGAF. “Won’t be there at launch. But it’s comin” he added.
That is a bit of a shame, but at least this way around it gives the community a little more time to create some great maps for us to play on when the update is released.
