Halo Wars 2: Awakening The Nightmare Now Available

The expansion ‘Awakening The Nightmare’ for Halo Wars 2 is finally here, giving fans the chance to take on ‘The Flood’. It features new campaign missions from a Banished perspective. The game also has two new multiplayer leaders, two new multiplayer maps and a new cooperative mode called Terminus Firefight.

Twist on a Classic, Halo Wars Style

The Terminus Firefight mode allows up to three players build both bases and armies to withstand against a waves of ever-intensifying enemy onslaught. Fight against UNSC, Banished, and Flood forces to survive. This new addition is a fun twist for the classic tower-defense style gameplay.

Halo Wars 2: Awakening The Nightmare Trailer

A new Complete Edition replaces the Ultimate Edition in stores. This includes all the updates, season pass content and the new expansion since launch. This goes for $79.99 USD or £64.99, which is the same price as the Ultimate Edition. The Awakening the Nightmare expansion is available now separately for $19.99 USD, exclusively on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC.
