HANNspree is re-releasing the monitor which put them on the map over a decade ago. A monitor specifically for Apple fans: The HANNSapple display. The new Hannsapple monitor model (HA195HPR) obviously has more modern features this time. This includes HDMI connectivity and anti-glare panel surface. It still has the playful frame with its bright and striking red and white Apple design.
The monitor panel measures 18.5-inches and supports a maximum resolution of 1366 x 768 (16:9 aspect ratio). It has a brightness of 250cd/m2 with a typical contrast ratio of 1,000:1 and active contrast ratio of 50,000,000:1. Aside from having HDMI connectivity, users can also hook it up using a legacy VGA connector.
There are two 1.5W built-in speakers for stereo, and there are preset picture modes for regular PC use, movie viewing or gaming. This allows for a quick adjustment without having to fiddle with many buttons.
The monitor itself can stand on its own through a sturdy stand at the back. However, users can also mount it on the wall via a 100 x 100mm VESA mounting system. When used on a public location, a kensington lock option is available to keep it secure.
The HANNspree HANNSapple monitor is now available for £89.00 with a 3-year warranty.
