Here’s My New Favourite Travel Gadgets for 2023

GEGO GPS
I once got to Hong Kong, only to see a sign where my luggage would have been on the carousel telling me, hey, Welcome to Hong Kong, you are here, your luggage is not… I’m paraphrasing, of course, but where the hell was my bag? Well, now with the GEGO GPS I can find out where my luggage is, and that’ll help better arm me with the knowledge of who to berate at the airport. Not that it’s limited to air travel, of course.
This is a real-time global tracker, so while Apple and a few others have tracking tags that work via nearby devices via Bluetooth, this thing has a proper GPS and 4G GSM signal (sim card included), giving it exceptional range and world wide operation. You could drop it in the middle of the countryside and you would be able to locate it using their tracking services thanks to its exact coordinates output for both Android and iOS devices.
Admittedly, I’ve only played around with this in the village, but will be flying to Taipei in a few weeks, so will certainly battle test it more there! Their service plans are available as a monthly or yearly payment, and include various baggage recovery and insurance options too.
