Following Microsoft’s decision to close down Tango Gameworks the studio behind Hi-Fi Rush the studio has now released the final update/patch for the game.
The game started out as an underdog with no hype upon release but took the gaming world by storm and even won the Game Award for Best Audio Design and a Bafta. So it really is sad to see the game go and pretty funny to watch Microsoft complain that they need new original games.
Tango Gameworks has announced, “We’ve released a patch today that takes care of some remaining issues,” and encourages players to “Check out the changes, and thank you again for your support of Hi-Fi Rush.”
Although this is the final update for the game and Tango Gameworks is closing down the game the physical edition of the game is still in production. But if you prefer digital the game will hopefully always be on Steam and the Microsoft store.
