HIS attempt to break 3DMark Vantage world record at Computex 2012

Computex 2012: HIS have announced a new graphics card to be part of their 7970 range. It’s known as the Xelements and features new technology in the form of a new cooler, which separates it from the reference design.

Featuring a world class overclocking team, LN2 and chilled water were both on show, while they attempted to beat world recorder holder and Asus employee Andre Yang.

Sadly, they didn’t quite manage to get past him, but still managed to secure the 2nd place spot through their custom waterloop design.
