HIS released couple of non-reference cards with AMD Radeon 7950 and 7970 Gpus: 7950 IceQ X² Boost Clock and 7970 IceQ X² GHz Edition. 7950’s GPU Core is clocked @ 850 MHz which can be boosted to 950 and 1000 MHz on 7970 which can be get a boost of 50 MHz more. Both the cards come with 2x mini DisplayPorts, 1x HDMI and a DVI port. You do get a DVI-to- VGA adapter, if anyone chooses to use it.
Both cards support maximum resolution of 4096 x 2160 via DisplayPort, 2560 x 1600 via Dual-link DVI and 2048×1536 via VGA.
Both the cards use HIS’ “IceQ X2” GPU heatsink with 2x 89mm fans and 2 x 6mm and 2 x 8mm wide heatspreaders with 40 x 47.5mm copper heatsink for better heat dissipation. Keeping the cooler aside, the card comes with dual bios.
HIS bundles their proprietary User-Friendly Overclocking software called “iTurbo” where you can control and monitor fan speed and one press auto- overclock.
