Engadget have managed to get a hold on some exclusive information about a brand new Chromebook coming from Hewlett Packard. The information reveals the new HP Chromebook 11 which will be an 11.6 inch Google Chromebook. The display is quoted as HD (but that probably means 720p [likely 1366 x 768] not 1080p) while the device is said to have 6.5 hours of battery life and weighs just 2.42 pounds at 0.7 inches thick. HP’s Chromebook 11 is said to feature Beats Audio and 100GB of free Google Drive space for 2 years – worth $120.
The HP Chromebook 11 is the thinner and lighter version of HP’s Chromebook 14. The listing quotes the Chromebook 11 as being an inexpensive second PC, though no pricing has been disclosed.
