HTC has recently launched the EVO 3D to the European market, a few months after the launch to the American market. As the name suggest, this is HTC’s first handset with a glasses-free 3D display – obviously released as direct competition to the LG Optimus 3D. Another key feature is it able to record 3D video at 720p.
They have however hardly upped up any of the other specs from the recently-launched Sensation, as it has the same dual-core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM 8260.
The screen is a nice 4.3-inch 3D LCD touchscreen but apart from this, you will struggle to see much difference to any of the recently launched HTC phones. The camera itself, to record in 3D, uses 2 5-megapixel cameras with auto focus and dual LED flash. There is also a more standard 1.3 megapixel front camera.
