HUGE Fallout 4 London Mod Gets Impressive Gameplay Trailer

Fallout 4 is a mighty impressive game in its own right, with a sprawling map and a pretty fantastic story too. However, much like The Elder Scrolls series, Fallout is a great playground for the modding community, and it looks like Fallout London will be the next great release worthy of your time. Coming from a clearly ambitious and talented team, Fallout London is a DLC-sized mod, promising a map that’s as big as the Fallout 4 Commonwealth!
Obviously, the mod is set in… you guessed it, LONDON! Allowing you to explore Westminster, Bromley, and beyond. Albeit it looks slightly more desolate than it does in real life. For a total conversion mod, it’s great to see the UK getting some love, as it would make a legitimately interesting setting for the main series. There are even some working sections of the tube network, if you skip to the last minute of the video, you get to see a lot of the city.
Fallout 4 London Mod
To get a glimpse of what’s to come, the team have released a massive 18 minutes long gameplay trailer. albeit, the first four minutes are Sylvester McCoy and Colin Baker clips from Doctor Who dubbed over some images, so I suggest skipping ahead if you want to see the game itself.
With this being a total conversion mod, expect just about everything to be different. New world, stories, NPCs, weapons and more to suit the new location. It’ll even add new weather effects, such as Acid Rain, which should be interesting.
“Fallout: London is a DLC-sized mod for Bethesda’s Fallout 4. As a continuation of the base game, the mod will allow the player to visit the previously unexplored post-apocalyptic environment of London. As a divergence from previous official titles in the series, Fallout: London is not set in America. Visiting a totally new setting allows for us to explore totally new cultures which have not homogenized with their American counterparts. It also allows us to explore pre-war European history, and the effects the Resource Wars had on the class structured society of pre-war Britain.” – YouTube
