Humble Bundle has done some great things for charity. Combining discount gaming with genuine assistance to very good causes, the website often has excellent deals on. The most recent, however, is definitely eye-opening.
On occasion, Humble Bundle has offered games for free. We only recently saw Civilisation 3 available for free via the charity site. This latest offering, however, is well worth the $30. That’s not just my opinion, it’s a straight up fact.
You even have a choice who the $30 dollars goes towards. Such charities include the American Red Cross, Doctors Without Borders and Save the Children.
If you, therefore, are in need of a bunch of excellent games, but are a little strapped for cash or simply want it to go to a good cause, look no further!
I know, I’ve given quite a hard pitch for this ‘Care Package’ Humble Bundle haven’t I? Well, I can assure you, it isn’t bait and switch. Here’s the list of the games and my honest opinion of them if I’ve played it.
For just $30, this represents a lot of value. For any of those I haven’t played myself, I have heard good things. So honestly, a surprisingly high volume of quality content here.
