HyperX has today announced its new ChargePlay Quad 2 Charging Station for Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons.
The Chargeplay Quad 2 has been specifically designed for the Nintendo Switch and offers improved charging times for Joy-Con controllers in a compact and clean design. The charger from HyperX is capable of charging up to four Joy-Con controllers in less than four hours, thanks to its direct connection to the Nintendo Switch dock through a USB Type-C to A charging cable. The dock resembles the design of a Pokeball with red on one side and white on the other as well as featuring a rubberized weighted base to securely hold all four controllers in place and offers easy-glide docking. The centre of the dock also features LED light battery indicators which display the charging status of connected controllers.
The new HyperX ChargePlay Quad 2 Joy-Con Charging Station is available through the HyperX US Shop for $29.99. HyperX has not provided any information for other regions.
