HyperX, the gaming peripherals sub-brand of HP, has today announced its new Cloud III Wireless Gaming headset delivering the ultimate in comfort and sound.
The new Cloud III Wireless Gaming Headset is the next iteration in the Cloud wireless series from HyperX and offers an exceptional wireless audio experience for gamers. It utilises re-engineered 53mm angled drivers which enhance sound precision by directing it at an optimal angle which captures every detail. This audio is enhanced with the addition of DTS Headphone:X Spatial Audio technology expanding the audio into a virtual 3D space. The headset features a detachable 10mm microphone with an internal metal mesh filter eliminating the need for a pop filter. The mic also contains an LED mute indicator and offers improved clarity compared to its predecessors. All of these features are powered with a 120-hour battery life with connectivity options via a 2.4 GHz connection across a variety of platforms using the included USB-C dongle.
The Cloud III Wireless uses a full metal frame design with a steel headband and aluminium forks offering a rugged construction that doesn’t compromise on comfort. The earpads and headband feature plush memory foam with leatherette allowing for a comfortable fit. Additionally, the underside of the earcups feature a volume wheel, mute button, power button and USB-C connection for charging.
“We’re thrilled to release the Cloud III wireless gaming headset, it combines legendary HyperX comfort, sound and durability,” said Nathan Almond, PC audio business manager, HyperX. “HyperX remains committed to enhancing the gaming experience, allowing gamers to immersive themselves in the virtual worlds and enjoy extended gaming sessions.”
The HyperX Cloud III Wireless Gaming Headset is available now in the HyperX US Shop for $169.99 in both black and black-red colour schemes.
