HYTE has today expanded its Y series case lineup with the new Y70 Touch, similar in design to the Y60 but larger and with the inclusion of a vibrant 14.1″ 1100 x 3840 capacitive touchscreen integrated into the corner panel.
The new Y70 Touch is a larger version of the Y60 measuring in at 470mm x 320mm x 470mm (LxWxH) an increase of 14mm, 35mm and 8mm over the Y60. It sports the same fish tank-like design with a wraparound corner panel which in this new variant has been replaced with a 14.1″ 1100 x 3840 capacitive touch screen allowing for various added controls to your system for viewing temperature information, time and date, or for shortcuts to your favourite programs. The touch screen offers a lot of added versatility whilst also opening up room for customisation of your case. The screen is controlled and modified through the HYTE Nexus Touch app.
The case continues the same ventilation and fan design as the Y60 but has been optimized with lower impedance for increased airflow whilst the larger size allows for up to a 360mm radiator on the side of the case. The case allows for either 3x 120mm or 2x 140mm in the top, side and bottom and 1x 120/140mm in the rear.
Hardware compatibility is even greater with the increased size allowing for up to EATX motherboards with CPU coolers up to 180mm in height. GPU support is plentiful with room for up to 390mm of clearance plus users make use of the included PCIe 4.0 riser cable. The overall design is tool-less allowing for easy access to your hardware, plus the dual chamber layout allows for lots of cable-management room, or room to just cram it and forget it.

The Y70 is available in four colour combos including Snow White, White/black, red/black and black with the included cable riser also matching the colour choice.
The cases are available immediately in the US and Canada from HYTE.com for an MSRP of $359.99. For Europe it will be available in December for an MSRP of €399,99 and £349.99 in the UK.
