The top of the case has a lot of airflow, and the top panel lifts off allowing you to clean out the integrated mesh filters.
Of course, with it removed you have full access to the top radiator and fan mounts, and there’s additional cut-aways above the motherboard, allowing heat to passively escape from around the VRM and and CPU cooler.
The main interior looks epic, with that angular ventilation design seen throughout the case, and present on the PSU shroud in the bottom of the case, but designed in such a way that airflow can still pass through it, allowing for improved cooling in all parts of the case.
The PSU shroud comes with a few cable routing holes, allowing you to get cables to the bottom of your motherboard, but also run cables up vertical behind the GPU for clean cable management.
The riser cable comes included and pre-installed, which is pretty uncommon, as they add a lot to the retail price of a case, which it has here too, actually.
However, it’s also one of the most beautiful vertical GPU riser cables on the market, with the PCIe card featuring a design that matches the ventilation pattern of the rest of the case.
It doesn’t need to be this big, or look like this, it’s just a little bit of extra care to make this case special, and I love it.
In the rear of the case, you’ll find a HYTE branded 120mm PWM fan, of course, you could swap this out for your own if you desired.
You’ll never see it once your motherboard is installed, but even the back of the case has a HYTE design with a swirling ridges pattern. Why? Because it looks great, and it shows that they’ve taken care to make every part of this case feel special.
To the right of the motherboard, there are two huge cable routing holes, angled away from the motherboard, making it easier to route and bend cables around to the motherboard.
The right side panel really is like a hidden work of art. Of course, on the front edge it has a lot of ventilation too, allowing for cooling hardware to be mounted parallel to the motherboard.
There’s room for 120mm or 140mm fans on the side, and of course, up to a 240mm or 280mm AIO cooler, including the flagship HYTE Q60 AIO we reviewed recently.
Even this removable SSD mounting plate looks unique and interesting. Does it need to? No, but it shows that HYTE put the effort in, when any other case would simply use an OEM part that would do the job.
Below the PSU shroud, you’ll see there is a fan mounted, pulling cool air up into the case, and making good use of both the bottom mounted dust filters, but also the extra ventilation in the PSU shroud.
