HYTE Y40 PC Case Review

Now, you may have seen this build before, as I actually used this case to review the incredible HYTE Q60 AIO cooler that you can see in this build. It is the perfect cooler for this case, as it’s on the same level of aesthetics, and most importantly, it is designed to fit perfectly on the side radiator mount of this case.
There’s a really good amount of clearance here for a good quality cooler, with large air coolers easily being accommodated, and obviously, AIO coolers have no issue here either.
There’s a decent amount of ventilation around the motherboard too, with some extra ventilation just above the VRM to prevent hot spots building up around the motherboard.
The bottom ventilation is aligned that the fan below the PSU shroud pulls cold air into the case at the bottom, and through the vents that are just below and parallel to the GPU fans, ensuring everything gets cool air. OF course, the vertical GPU bracket looks absolutely amazing too, and acts as a buffer to hide some of the more boring bits of the motherboard and cable routing too, resulting in an even cleaner looking build.
