iBuyer is now taking pre-orders for a unit that’s slightly larger than Alienware’s X51 gaming rig, but with a better choice of hardware. The “Revolt” measures in at 16″ x 16.2″ x 4.6″ and comes in 3 base models.
The first model is the Revolt R320 which comes with a Core i3-3220, 4GBs of 1600MHz memory, a 500GB 7200 RPM drive, a DVD burner and an ASROCK Mini-ITX motherboard for $499. But for $150 more, the Revolt R550 comes with an i5- 3350p with a GeForce GTX 650 1GB.
The 3rd model comes with an i5- 3570k and a GTX 660 2GB, but you can of course spend more money and get: an i7- 3770k, a factory overclocked GTX 680, 16GBs of RAM, a custom air or water cooling setup, more storage options (up to 3 TB drives) and SSDs between 30GB and 480GB.
