ID-COOLING Launch its IS-47S Low-Profile CPU Air Cooler

ID-COOLING has announced the launch of its brand new IS-47S 47mm height low profile CPU air cooler. At a total height including the fan of 47 mm, this cooler represents a potentially excellent choice for A4 cases. Designed with an overall dimension of 100x93x47mm, it has no conflict with the RAM or PCI-E slots. The heatsink is solidly built with a pure copper base and 4 heat pipes and massive aluminium fins allowing for an efficient level of transfer from the CPU and contact plate.

In terms of mounting kit, two separate backplates are provided in the box for Intel and AMD respectively. – In terms of compatibility, the ID-COOLING IS-47S is ready out of the box for Intel LGA1700/1200/1151/1150/1155/1156 and AMD AM4.

Where Can I Learn More?

ID-COOLING has confirmed that the IS-47S is set to hit retailers at some point before the end of the month. In terms of cost, it comes with a suggested manufacturer’s price of $34.99/€34.99 exclusive of VAT which, on the whole, does perhaps make this cooler a little more expensive than many might have hoped. If you are, however, in the market for a sleek and low-profile CPU cooler, this does seem to represent an excellent option!
