ID-Cooling has just revealed their new SE-903-R tower-type CPU cooler, which comes with support for the latest AMD AM4 socket processors, including the whole Ryzen series and their Bristol Ridge APUs.
The cooler is basically their existing SE-903 design, but now also comes with the AM4 mounting clips pre-installed, as well as an LED fan, as you’ve got to have that lighting swag when you relaunch a product, otherwise it doesn’t look all that new; not complaining, it looks good with the red lighting!
Obviously, this is a budget cooler, and if you’ve got an AMD chip that has an older stock cooler, or you got the Ryzen chips without the new stock coolers, it’s an affordable solution for an easy upgrade. It’ll handle loads up to 130W, features a 92mm fan that can operate up to 2000RPM with 37.44 CFM of airflow @ 23.14 dBa.
No details were revealed on price, but the original was only $20, and I can’t imagine this would be much different given the affordable design.
