Cooling and case manufacturer ID-Cooling revealed a new all-in-one CPU Cooler called the AURAFLOW 240. Unlike the FROSTFLOW series AIO before it, the AURAFLOW 240 features RBG LED features, and is able to be synced with ASUS AURA on select motherboards. It uses a 240mm radiator with a pair of 120mm RGB series fans. Like the FROSTFLOW AIO series before it, the AURAFLOW 240 has a low-profile pump-block combo, but with a new sleeker design. Sleeved hoses feed coolant in and out of the pump block and through the radiator. Since it is self-contained, the AURAFLOW CPU cooler does not need maintenance like a custom liquid-CPU cooler would.
The ASUS AURA RGB Sync integration means that users can control the RGB LED instead of just relying on presets and a limited color palette. The video demonstration posted by an ID-Cooling representative on YouTube demonstrates the various LED behaviour presets available, including:
The demonstration video also shows a G.SKILL Trident RGB LED installed on an ASUS ROG STRIX motherboard. This LED RAM kit is also able to synchronize with the AURAFLOW 240 RGB LED behaviour.
ID-Cooling is going to be at Computex 2017 to demonstrate this new AIO CPU cooler line along with a host of other new cooling accessories and cases. For now, you can get a preview of the ID-Cooling AURAFLOW RGB sync features from the video below:
