Iiyama G-MASTER GB2770SU 165Hz Gaming Monitor Review

A Closer Look
The monitor is pretty nice, with a slim bezel on the sides and at the top, making that 27″ panel look really dominant. There’s a small bezel at the bottom too, with just a small Iiyama logo in the middle, and some basic controls on the bottom right side.
The buttons are on the underside, so you can’t see them, but you can easily index them with your fingers. they’re also clearly labelled on the front too, making it easy to make quick changes while you’re working/gaming.
The matte finish panel looks good, and while it does catch the glare of the sun a little in darker scenes, it does a reasonable job of softening it and the overall brightness of the panel is decent enough to use in a well-lit room.
The stand is nice and sturdy, with a thick frame design that doesn’t take up too much of your desktop space. There’s no cable tidy hole though, so cables do tend to go around it.
It’s mounted on a height-adjustable bar, so you can simply slide it up and down to suit your needs. However, it can’t be turned left to right, and that will require moving the stand.
However, it does offer a good range of tilt, so finding the optimal angle isn’t too difficult.
