PC gamers rejoice! Injustice 2 has entered an online open beta phase on the PC, which means that pretty much everyone can give it a try. All you have to do is head over to the official Steam page in order to download it. However, there are some things that you need to know about this open beta. For one, this phase only provides access to online 1v1 multiplayer matches. The good news is that all stages and DLC up to Raiden are available to play.
“In order to test the Injustice 2 PC network code and infrastructure, we invite you to download and participate in this beta for a limited time. Note that only 1v1 Multiplayer mode is available.”
In addition to the open beta announcement, Warner also revealed the game’s PC requirements. The minimum requirements are not particularly intimidating, as they suggest a GTX 1050 or a Radeon RX 550 graphics card. The CPU demands aren’t that high either: an Intel Core i5-750 or an AMD Phenom II X4 965. Moreover, it looks like Injustice 2 will be protected by Denuvo, which is not at all surprising. You can find the complete list of PC requirements below.
