INNO3D Reveals iChill RTX 4090 Frostbite Ultra and Frostbite Pro

INNO3D has today revealed two new water-blocked RTX 4090 graphics cards named the Frostbite Ultra and Frostbite Pro. Both of these blocks offer superior cooling performance for NVIDIA’s most powerful graphics card and are a perfect fit for your next custom loop.

iCHILL Frostbite Ultra

The Frostbite Ultra utilises a single-piece copper cooler which is chrome plated for an enhanced visual appeal and more robust design. The jetplate for the cooler has been redesigned with improved fin thickness and spacing offering a larger cooling surface and optimized water flow. The block also features an aluminium backplate to compliment the terminal as well as addressable RGB lighting illuminating the acrylic block. The card itself features an advanced 24+4 phase VRM design and is overclocked with a target power of 500W.

iCHILL Frostbite Pro

The Frostbite PRO is much like the Ultra with its chrome-plated copper base and 24.$ phase VRMS however this card is slimmer with a single slot design and carbon fiber backplate. The slimmer design is what people tend to look for with water-blocked cards and in turn, it has also relocated the G1/4″ threads to the side. This card offers high-end cooling performance with Subzero thermal paste and pre-cut thermal pads for those in more space-confined cases.

Price and Availability

INNO3D is working closely with all their partners to ensure the new INNO3D GeForce RTX 4090 Frostbite GPUs are on-shelf at all premium resellers across the region.
