INNO3D RTX 4070 Super Twin X2 Graphics Card Review
Peter Donnell / 11 months ago
INNO3D has created a lot of award-winning graphics cards over the years, and while the RTX 4070 Super Twin X2 isn’t quite a flagship model, they’ve certainly done quite a bit to ensure this is going to be a great card, while still keeping it within the MSRP of the founders edition. You’ll find premium features like detachable fan blades for easy cleaning and maintenance, a larger 5x nickel-plated composite heat pipe design, a backplate that adds rigidity, cooling and additional ventilation.

Of course, the RTX 4070 Super comes with a nice set of upgrades of its own too, with the board now featuring 7168 CUDA cores compared to the 5888 cores on the non-Super. There are also more shader cores, more RT cores, and Tensor Cores, meaning it should provide a pretty tasty performance upgrade. Sure, it’s not likely going to have you replacing your RTX 4070 if you have one, but if you’re coming from the RTX 3070 or more so the 2070 or below, then this is a much more tempting upgrade route as the new SUPER cards replace the now end-of-life RTX 4070 cards, and come in at a more appealing price point too.
