Inno3D has revealed its new flagship GeForce GTX 1080 iChill Black graphics card, which offers all the power of the GTX 1080 reference, but with superior cooling from its liquid cooling solution and intelligent fan technology.
The Inno3D GeForce GTX 1080 iChill Black includes 8GB GDDR5X with a bit-rate of 256-bit and a core clock of 1759MHz. Ports include DVI-D, 3 DisplayPort 1.4, and HDMI 2.0. The superior cooling of the GeForce GTX 1080 iChill means it runs 30% cooler than the GTX 1080 reference; the iChill model runs at 60oC – even when running high-end virtual reality games and applications, according to Inno3D – in comparison to the 85oC of the reference version.
“We’re aiming to satisfy the enthusiast gamer who has ridiculous demands and with our iChill Black edition they get the Brute among High-End Graphics Cards,” Stanley Wong, Managing Director at Inno3D, says. “The Hybrid cooling solution makes it possible to squeeze every single drop of performance out of the highest performing components. It not only results in an awesome performing product, it also runs at extremely low noise levels.”
The release date, price, and availability of the Inno3D GeForce GTX 1080 iChill Black is yet to be announced. More information is available on the official product page.
