Inspired from Star Wars: Reusable Rockets from SpaceX

Elon Musk is a smart man, with SpaceX already using reusable rockets, but this is an amplified version.

Musk has said that SpaceX is currently testing new “technologies that will assist future Falcon 9 launches, including “X-wing style” control fins and a drone ship.” The fins, would deploy on re-entry, giving the rocket better manoeuvrability than it would if it was solely on engine power. The robot boat on the other hand, is pretty much an “autonomous spaceport” that uses thrusters from oil rigs for a safe, stable landing pad in “situations where a ground facility isn’t an option” reports Engadget.
