Intel 12th-Gen Alder Lake Mobile Lineup Leaks Online
Mike Sanders / 4 years ago
Intel is not expected to debut its 12th-gen Alder Lake-S desktop CPU platform until later this year. Probably around September if you want to try and pin us down to something. As such, in terms of their laptop designs featuring the processors, we are probably still around a year away from when we can expect to see models make their debut. Following a report via Videocardz, however, a reliable source of leaks has seemingly confirmed the entire Intel 12-gen mobile CPU lineup.

One of the biggest points of interest surrounding the Alder Lake-S platform is the Big.Little core design they are expected to feature. If the leak is accurate though, it would appear that this is going to be transitioned into their laptop designs as well.
- Alder Lake M – Low power models featuring 2 big and 8 small cores. Expected for use in tablets and ultra-thin designs.
- Alder Lake P – Expected to feature the integrated Xe graphics adaptor and will utilize 2/6 and 6/8 core designs.
- Alder Lake S – Will likely represent their most powerful models with 8/8 cores, higher TDP levels, and integrated Xe graphics.
What Do We Think?
Given that Intel hasn’t even yet confirmed its 11th-Gen mobile line-up, we would strongly recommend that you take this supposed ‘leaked’ information with a hefty grain of salt. If it is true, however, not only is it unusual to see such detailed information appear this early, but it is also indicative that big (and .little) things are on the way!
