Super PI is a single-threaded benchmark that calculates pi to a specific number of digits. It uses the Gauss-Legendre algorithm and is a Windows port of a program used by Yasumasa Kanada in 1995 to compute pi to 232 digits
Available now on Super PI.
In Super PI, the i5 14600K sees a small reduction of 4% in calculation time gen to gen, along with the i7 14700K coming in with the same marginal difference, while the i9 doesn’t hold up as well, with just a 1% reduction in calculation time, though that does still mean that Intel hold the top spot by quite some margin when compared to AMD.
