The next generations of Intel’s Arc graphics cards have had their architectures possibly leaked on LinkedIn through Intel employee profiles.
The next generation of Intel’s ARC in the form of Battlemage and Celestial have had their process nodes leaked through employee profiles on LinkedIn. The profiles were discovered by gamma0burst (VIA wccftech) which shows the employees working on a 4nm and 3nm project for an entire discreet graphics chip. Putting two and two together with the current GPU roadmap places the 4nm chip on the ARC Battlemage GPUs, set to come after the Alchemist+ refresh, and the 3nm chip with the Celestial architecture following Battlemage.
We currently are expecting Battlemage to debut next year and it will be interesting to see how they can improve against Alchemist though i do doubt they’ll be making much of a dent against NVIDIA for a good while but could very well begin to trade blows with AMD a lot sooner than we think.
