Intel has confirmed the specifications of a long list of Ivy Bridge chips, which could also prove to be the entire lineup of 3rd Generation Core processor family, otherwise known as the Ivy Bridge processors.
The specifications include both the desktop Core i7 and i5 but also the notebook models of Core i3, i5 and i7. This also includes the ULV variants of each. The specifications of the new processors don’t reveal much aside from the model number, clock speeds, the Turbo Boost 2.0 speeds as well as some basic features such as Built-in Visuals (integrated graphics), cache, the presence of HyperThreading and fab process.
The details were essentially meant for retailers and distributors to update their upcoming product lineups in order for them to fine-tune their inventories.
