Haswell seems to be the most anticipated launch one can think of at this moment in time. considering Nvidia and AMD reportedly have delayed launching their GPUs until Q4 2013.
Nevertheless, the information rolls out that at least one of their Haswell series processors, the Core i7 4765T, a Quad core processor for socket 1150 motherboards. Its reported that this processor has the lowest TDP value within the Haswell lineup, at least looking at the series of processors that will initially launch.
The “T” suffix specifically denotes that their processor will come with only a 35W TDP. The processor is said to be clocked at 2GHz with eight threads, 4 cores and an 8MB Cache which supports DDR3 1600Mhz. Once the turbo is enabled, it can go as high as 3GHz. The graphics core is said to be using a HD 4600 clocked as high as 1200MHz.
The new processor will be replacing the 2.5GHz Ivy Bridge processor i7 3770T 45W TDP which sells for approx $294 and is said to be set for release during Q2 2013 – as late as May or June.
