Intel Leak Reveals Upcoming Raptor Lake Processor Launches!

Following the initial launch of Intel’s ‘K’ series of Raptor Lake processors late last year, there were clearly many more models from the SKU set to be launched at a later date. With it being pretty much known that this would happen during (or slightly before) CES 2023, however, it had been a heavily speculative matter as to exactly which models Intel would announce.

Well, following a report via Videocardz, we might have our answer as a leaked slide, seemingly from Intel, has confirmed the upcoming Raptor Lake line-up which is set to be announced at some point over the next 24-48 hours!

Intel Raptor Lake Processors – More Models Imminent!

In addressing a prior leak on the subject of upcoming Raptor Lake processors, it doesn’t appear that Intel is going to announce a whopping 16 models at CES 2023 after all. With that being said, however, the leaked slide would still seem to confirm that 10 models will be released effectively completing the main bulk of the remaining Raptor Lake series. And just in case you didn’t notice, these CPUs will primarily be focusing on more power-efficient (circa 65W TDP) designs when compared to the original ‘K’ models.

With that being said, however, the information does seem to confirm certain limitations in these CPUs and particularly so among the i3 and i5 models which only (technically) support a maximum DDR5 ram speed of 4800Mhz. Albeit, this is a figure which can likely be improved upon via overclocking/XMP profile settings.

With prices also confirmed in the leak, however, if you were looking forward to the upcoming release of more, shall we say, user-friendly Raptor Lake processors, well, you now know (with a 99.9% certainty) what your options are!
