Intel has today officially expanded its graphics card range with the long-awaited Arc A580 which comes accompanied with a $179.99 price tag.

The A580 sits between the A380 and A750 using the same ACM-G10 GPU as the Arc-7 Series cards but has been cut down from 32 Xe cores to just 24. This chip comes with a core clock of 1700 MHz and a memory clock of 2000 MHz for its 8GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit bus providing 16 Gbps speeds. For $179.99 this card targets the low-end of the GPU market and is cheaper than anything on NVIDIA’s current lineup in the 40 series and 30 series or even AMD’s lineup excluding the previous RX 6400.
