Intel has released its latest Arc 101.4499 graphics drivers bringing support for F1 23, Counter-Strike 2, Aliens: Dark Descent, Forever Skies and Layers of fear alongside more performance improvements.
The latest Game-On Drivers for Intel’s Arc GPUs further deliver more optimizations and improvements to the graphics cards. F1 23 releases tomorrow and from day one you can expect solid performance with at least 120 FPS on the A750 at ultra settings 1080p and 1440p without ray-tracing. Counter-Strike 2 has been given support with this update as well and is joined with the claim of a 167 FPS average at 1440p high settings with a 99% of above 130FPS. Aliens: Dark Descent due June 20th is met with a 67 FPS average at EPIC settings meaning it should meet the 60FPS requirement for acceptable PC gaming even at the highest settings. Forever Skies the sci-fi survival crafting adventure game released into early access on June 22nd sees 66FPS averages at high settings 1080p with day one driver support. Layers of Fear which is available today with 1080p high averages of 81 FPS again meeting the 60 FPS expectations.
Alongside these newly supported games is Destiny 2 which has the claim of an up to 11% 1080p at the highest settings uplift when updating to this driver version.
