Intel’s new X-79 chipset is revving up for this years COMPUTEX event. Anyone heading over there will be able to watch some demo’s at the stalls and enjoy the latest in technology. Intel X79 boards are set to be ready as early as August and Sandy Bridge-E processors roughly one month later.
The chipset itself will be rather dry in terms of features, still with lack of support for USB 3.0. Although early adopters will be getting Quad-Channel DDR3 and PCIe Gen 3!
