Interstuhl Backforce One Gaming Chair Plus Review

Usability
Initial thoughts when first sitting down is that the chair is very comfortable; the cushioning isn’t the softest ever, but it feels very supportive and is firm, this is actually a very good thing for longevity as it will stand up for much longer than a very soft cushion.
The Lumbar support feels a little tougher than the cushion on the seat but does a good job of supporting the back, once you have it in position that is; I found that the mechanism for adjusting the lumbar support was quite stiff and hard to adjust. It moves such a small amount per turn that it didn’t feel like I was changing anything, but I was, and I did get it in the correct place after some time.
The ability to move the seat back and forth meant that I was able to get it perfectly placed, so my legs weren’t hanging really far off or being held up in the air.
Tilting the seat made a difference to the way it feels to sit on the chair and I can see it being useful for some people, but I preferred having it in the default setting. There are only two options for tilt anyway, so there isn’t much adjusting to do to find what is right for you.
The armrests are very comfortable; the plush top makes it much nicer to rest my arms on for long periods, and being able to move them in and out with the 5D feature meant I was able to find exactly the right place for them.
As for the headrest, it feels pointless; the only time I ever rested my head on it was when I was actively trying to rest my head on it, but in order to do so, I needed to lean my head back far more than was comfortable.
Overall I found the chair very comfortable and supportive, the options available for movement and customization meant I was able to fit the chair exactly to my body shape and make it support me perfectly.
